Beyond Google Fi, iOS 18.4 appears to extend RCS support to MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) operating on T-Mobile’s network in the US. Previously, RCS functionality was exclusive to major US carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, but Apple has been progressively expanding support with successive updates.
